Angels Amoung Us Pet Rescue
About
Angels Among Us Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity dedicated to saving dogs and cats from high-kill shelters in north Georgia. For a list of our adoptable pets or to make a donation, please visit our website at http://angelsrescue.org/
Mission
Our mission is two-fold:To educate the public on the plight of animals stuck in high kill shelters throughout Georgia. To save as many animals as we can from high kill shelters and to see the animal through the entire life-cycle of rescuing the animal from the shelter to getting them ready for adoption to fostering and finally into a suitable, caring, "forever" home.
Company Overview
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity that operates through the assistance of a network of volunteers who have a love for animals and are trying to save dogs and cats from “High Kill Shelters.” There are so many animals that end up in shelters for so many reasons. The majority are euthanized because of lack of space in shelters. Please visit our website for additional information about us and to view our adoptable pets in need of a "forever" home.
We are located in Atlanta Georgia, one of the Southern states that “need the most help" with abandoned pets. If you have further questions or would like to help,

Camp Cocker Rescue
AboutCamp Cocker Rescue is a California animal rescue organization that focuses on rescuing cocker spaniels from high kill shelters. We are the little rescue group with a big heart, trying to make a difference just one dog at a time!
Company Overview
Camp Cocker Rescue is located in California, with volunteers in Los Angeles (southern CA), San Luis Obispo (central CA coast) and the San Francisco bay area (northern CA). The adoption process is detailed on our website here:http://campcockerrescue.squarespace.com/adoption-process/ If you are not in our region, we do on occasion adopt out of the area but no step in the adoption screening process is ever waived. Just like anyone who adopts from us, there is a lengthy adoption application, a phone interview, a vet references check and a home safety check. Once an adopter completes the screening process, they travel here to meet the dog(s) and we all cross our paws and hope for a love match! If so, then an adoption takes place and some lucky adopter travels back home with their new companion!
Description
Adopting a dog can be a commitment of up to sixteen years so it is important that adopters are really committed and sure of the dog they would like to adopt. Thank you so much for valuing our thorough screening process while we try to match make a dog to you and your lifestyle.
